Edwin T. Capeau

Edwin T. Capeau, 75, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away on March 25, 2024. He was the son of the late Charles L. and Margaret R. (Edson) Capeau. Ed served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. A City of Brockton retiree, he worked in the water department for many years. In his free time, Ed enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Edwin was the husband of Joanne P. (Allen) Capeau; father of Rebekah Mazur and her husband William of Bridgewater, Edwin “Ed” Capeau Jr. of Raynham, and Timothy M. Capeau and his wife Robbin of Florida; grandfather of Max Capeau and Leah Mazur; and the brother of Robert Capeau.

Family and friends are welcome to his memorial service on Sunday, April 7th at 2 p.m. at Relate Church, 237 East Ashland St., Brockton. Private burial.
