Edward D. Grosso

Edward D. Grosso, 60, of Dorchester, native of Brockton, passed away at Boston Medical Center on April 5, 2021 surrounded by his family. Edward had worked as a general contractor for many years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hiking, and biking. Ed was a traveler, always ready for an adventure. He had the talent to draw and sketch and shared his art with so many. Most importantly, Eddie was always kind to others and would be happy to lend a helping hand to those in need. He loved his family and friends and ended every conversation with “much love”. Edward will be forever loved and never forgotten. Ed was the son of the late Frank “Shorty” and Eleanor (Hopkins) Grosso; beloved brother of Christopher Grosso (and Loriann Keezer), Frank Grosso Jr. (and Kari Koulavarous), and Lisa Newberg (and Michael Newberg); loving uncle of Caitlin Grosso, Alexie Grosso, Jeffrey Newberg, and Melanie Newberg; and a dear nephew, cousin, and friend of many.
