Dolores “Dolly” (Pazyra) Gerry, was born in Chelsea to the late Henry and Anna (Zuis) Pazyra. She graduated from St. Rose High School and became an RN after training at Whidden Hospital School of Nursing. She met Joseph Gerry (her late husband) at a church dance hall, where she was the only polka dancer who could keep up with him. They never looked back. For 74 years they were married and ran Gerry’s Farm on Pleasant St. in Brockton. She loved fiercely, and we know that she is dancing with “her J” again in heaven.
She is survived by her beloved family: children Andrew, Joseph, Carl, Chris, and Julie Clark and spouses; seven grandchildren and spouses; 13 great grandchildren; her sister Roberta Pazyra; numerous cousins; and a large extended family. Respectfully, funeral services are private. In Dolly's memory donations may be made to St. Michael Church in Avon.
