Diane Damon

Diane (Smith) Damon, 76, of Brockton, passed away on August 26, 2024. Native of Queens, New York, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mozzella (Darby) Smith. Diane worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years until her retirement. She was a member of New Life Christian Church.

Diane was the beloved mother of JoAnn Smith, and Valerie, Anthony, Joe, and David Damon; loving grandmother of 12; dear sister of Patricia Rains, Peter Smith, Joseph Smith, and Robert Smith; close friend of Rosyln and Faye; former spouse of Joe Damon; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to visitation Friday, September 6th from 10-11 a.m. followed by an 11 a.m. funeral service at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton and burial at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St., Brockton.
