David J. DiFalco, 62, a lifelong resident of Brockton, went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2024. He was one of seven children of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Dickson) DeFalco and was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1980.
Dave was a skilled craftsman at Historical Restorations in Boston for 30 years and had some of his work featured in Architectural Digest. An active member at The Fellowship church in Easton with his wife, he was involved in the Kids Ministry, Reno Team, Operation Kindness, Prayer Chain coordinator and Building and Grounds Committee. As Prayer Chain Coordinator for several years, he grew the ministry from a list of 20 people praying for others' needs in the church to a community of over 100. He was able to minister when his health was challenged and through the physical isolation of COVID. In his leisure time, he enjoyed using his woodworking skills to craft gifts for friends and family. He and Jen enjoyed camping in his custom built camper and fishing.
Dave was the beloved husband of Dr. Jennifer Hall DiFalco for 10 years; loving brother of Phil DiFalco (Janet) of E. Bridgewater, Joseph DiFalco (Dorothea) of Mansfield, Patrcia DeFalco of Brockton, James DeFalco (Michelle) of Brockton, Kevin DeFalco of Brockton, and the late Deborah DiFalco; and a dear uncle of several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 20th at 11 a.m. with calling hours preceding from 10-11a.m. at The Fellowship, 604 Foundry St., South Easton. In his last days, Dave frequently referred to this as his "party". Please dress accordingly. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Greene Cancer Center, 25 Libby St., Brockton, MA 02302.
