Carol A. (Morey) Yannone

Carol A. (Morey) Yannone, 82, of East Bridgewater, passed away on October 11, 2021. She had worked at Bradlees for 20 years until her retirement. Dedicated to her family, Carol was the “glue” that brought them together. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, sewing, crosswords, puzzles, and most of all, family time.

Carol was the wife of the late John A. “Jay” Yannone; beloved mother of Dina Yakavonis and her husband Wayne of West Bridgewater, Elizabeth “Betsy” Bryant of Taunton, Jayne Harhen of Florida, Jeff Sylvester of Florida, and Joseph LaTremouille of Tennessee; loving grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 13; sister of John Morey of Falmouth, Marlene Pollard of Halifax, Wayne Morey of Ohio, and the late Mildred Wilkinson, Merna Dion, and Robert, Joseph, Raymond, and Richard Morey; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to memorial calling hours Friday, November 5, 2021, from 9-11 a.m. with an 11 a.m. memorial service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton and burial at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
