Carol Relf, of Rockland, MA, passed away peacefully on February 18, surrounded by the family she loved so deeply. She was born on June 7, 1949, in West Roxbury. Carol was the cherished daughter of the late Barbara (Gilbert) Mills and Chester Mills.
She was a devoted mother to her children: Lisa Mills, Eric Mills, Sean Mills, and wife Jennifer, and Michael Mills and wife Amy. Her pride grew with each generation, and she treasured her grandchildren—Felicia, Marcus, Kayleigh, Kyleigh, Ivy, Shelby, and Shyanne. Carol found immense joy in her great‑granddaughters, Laylah, Isla, and Jaylese, who always brought a smile to her face.
She is survived by her siblings, Kevin Mills and Pamela Gemmiti, and was predeceasedby her sisters Beverly Webb and Barbara Tashjian, and her brother Chet Mills.
Carol shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Teddy, whose companionship brought her daily comfort and happiness.
She will be remembered for her deep love of family, her warmth, and the steady kindness she offered to everyone around her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her and in the generations, she nurtured with unwavering affection.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 18th from 2–6 p.m. at the Commercial Club in East Bridgewater, MA. Her family will forever hold her memory close.
