Beverly J. (Whittaker) Perry

Beverly Jean (Whittaker) Perry, 86, of Brockton, born July 21, 1935, passed away on July 18, 2022. Born in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Clifton and Alta (Hathaway) Whittaker. Beverly worked for the V.A. Hospital for many years until her retirement and resided at Earle St. housing.  She was a member of VFW Post 1046 Ladies Auxiliary and she loved bingo, baking, knitting, crocheting, and watching movies.

Beverly was the beloved mother of Douglas Wild, Kevin Wild & his wife Lijun, Gregory Perry, Peter Perry & his wife Ann, Pamala Higuera & her husband Paul and the late Eddie Wild; loving grandmother of Kristin & Christopher, Nicole, Nate, Melanie & Mike, Kyle, Taylor, Ashley & Victor, Victoria & Dr. Robert, Joseph and Xiaotang; dear sister of Mildred Germanario, Kathy Mueda, and the late Paul Whittaker, Ruth Taylor, C. Edward Whittaker, and Charlotte LaValley; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to calling hours Wed. July 27th from 4-7 p.m. and her funeral Thurs. July 28th at 10 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton, then burial at Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to VFW Post 1046 Ladies Auxiliary.
