Barbara A. Johnson

Barbara A. Johnson, of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly on May 8, 2021 at her home at age 76. A daughter of the late Evelyn and Ralph Johnson, she was a 1963 graduate of Brockton High School and of Chandler School for Women. She was lifelong member of Trinity Baptist Church. She had worked at John Hancock Insurance Co. and Boston University. In later years she volunteered at Brockton Public Library and Brockton V.A. Medical Center. Barbara was the beloved sister of Carolyn Krikorian of Brockton and her late husband Grant, Susan Johnson of Brockton, Linda Johnson of North Easton, Fred Johnson of Brockton, Ron Johnson of North Falmouth, and the late Marilyn Ward and her husband William of Brockton; and a loving aunt of Kris Krikorian of CA, Lauren Krikorian of N. Easton and her fiance Dan Beckwith of NH, Sarah Krikorian of N. Easton and Melody Kirkpatrick and her husband Justin of Brockton; great-aunt of E-Man, Jed and Hannah Krikorian of CA and Kate Kirkpatrick of Brockton.

Family and friends are welcome to gather at 11:30 a.m. for her funeral service at 12 p.m. on Friday May 14  at Trinity Baptist Church, 1367 Main St., Brockton and burial at Pine Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, 1367 Main St., Brockton, MA 02301.
