Barbara E. (Grosso) Dotolo

Barbara E. (Grosso) Dotolo, 91, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Mildred (O’Hara) Grosso. Barbara worked at Brockton High School for many years as a special education teacher’s aide, a job she loved dearly. She enjoyed playing bingo, slot machines, and crocheting.

Barbara was the wife of the late Paul F. Dotolo; beloved mother of Paul F. Dotolo (and Theresa) of Norton, Denise M. Sherwood (and John) of Middleboro, Michael F. Dotolo of Taunton, Robert M. Dotolo (and Amy) of Goose Creek, South Carolina, Barbara A. Oros of Durham, NH, and the late Linda L. Parsons; loving Nana of Daniel Dotolo, Valerie Flynn, Catherine Fasci, Timothy Dotolo, Jeffrey Dotolo, Melissa Dotolo, Christopher Henriksen, Mathew Henriksen, Melissa Shaw; and great-grandmother Jacen Sherwood, Anna Fasci, Lucy Fasci, Thomas Bedsole Flynn, Taylor Flynn, Rori Dotolo, Owen Dotolo, Tristan Dotolo, Gabe Dotolo, Logan Henriksen, Brookline Henriksen, Kendall Henriksen, Frankie Henriksen, Melinda Shaw, and Paul Shaw.

All are welcome to visitation on Tuesday, May 19th from 10-11 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. funeral service at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Burial to follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
