Arthur J. Carbonello

Arthur J. Carbonello, 77, of Brockton, died December 28, 2019. Born and raised in Mission Hill, he was the son of the late John and Adalene (Lynds) Carbonello. Arthur served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver for General Electric for many years and later worked as a yellow cab dispatcher for 25 years. He attended Mater Dei Adult Day Health for over 5 years, where he made many friends. Arthur was the brother of Eileen Savage and her husband Scott of Walpole and Chester Carbonello and his wife Mary Ellen of Dedham; close friend of JJ Fernandes for 40 years; best friend of Dave Haskell; and an uncle of many. All are welcome to his memorial service on Friday, January 3rd at 1 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Private committal.
