Ann (Salado) Kantzian, 89, formerly of Brockton for many years, passed away November 8, 2024 at the home of her daughter under hospice care. Born in Omaha, Nebraska to Waldo and Eleodora (Galvin) Salado, she was raised in Omaha. She married Stephen H. Kantzian in 1960 and resided in Brockton since 1968. Ann worked at Bradlees on the East Side and Walmart on Oak St. in Brockton as a store clerk. She was a member of T.O.P.S. and enjoyed aerobics classes at the Senior Center. Over the years she was a parishioner of St. Nicholas and St. Edward/St. Edith Stein Churches. Ann was the wife of the late Stephen; beloved mother of Roxanne Gunter of Swansea and George Kantzian and his wife Tammy of California; loving grandmother of Rachel Dovner and her husband Ross, Brittney Gunter, Nicholas Gunter, Blake Curley, Ashley Kantzian, and Sara Robles and her husband R.J.; great-grandmother of Roman Dovner, Remi Rae Robles and Rylee Dovner; sister of Joe Salado of Nebraska and the late Waldo Salado, Daniel Salado, Hilda Luke, Avie Asaka, Stella Dulaney and Joel Salado; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday November 13 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and her funeral service at 12 noon, all at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton.
