Amy C. Zamagni

CHANGE OF FUNERAL MASS DAY AND BURIAL WILL BE PRIVATE

Amy C. Zamagni, 44, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away on January 18, 2026. She attended Cardinal Spellman High School and then graduated from Brockton High School in 2000. Amy also attended Massasoit Community College. She was a dedicated nursing assistant for many years at Pediatric Associates in Brockton and other area medical offices. More recently, Amy worked nights in the Amazon warehouses in Stoughton and Bridgewater for over 5 years. Possessing an adventurous spirit, Amy lived life on the edge and enjoyed swimming, dancing, softball, and working as a YMCA camp counselor in her youth.

Amy was the beloved daughter of Mary C. (Gill) Zamagni of Brockton and the late Robert A. Zamagni; devoted fiancée of Keith Matta and loving mother of Cayden and Logan, all of Brockton; dear niece of Janet Kennedy (and Jack) of Pepperell, Thomas Zamagni (and Karen) of Hanson, and Margaret, Leona, Billy, Sheila, Therese, Geri, Freda, Leo, Bernadette and Helen, all of Prince Edward Island; and a cousin of many. She was the granddaughter of the late William and Helen Gill and Albert and Rosalie Zamagni.

All are welcome to calling hours Sunday, January 25th from 1 to 4 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral Tuesday, January 27th at 9:30 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home, funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton and burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Office of Development, 330 Brookline Avenue (BR), Boston, MA 02215 (note BIDMC Oncology In Memory of Amy C.
