Alice M. (White) Ragowski

Alice M. (White) Ragowski, 97, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away peacefully at Heights Crossing in Brockton on July 3, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Arthur H. and Helen A. (Rozen) White. Alice was a graduate of Brockton High School and Chandler Secretarial School. She was very proud of her long career as the office manager of Surgical Associates of Brockton.

An accomplished accordion and piano player, she could hear a tune and play it without the aid of sheet music, especially jazz. For decades, Alice helped plan reunions for the BHS Class of 1945.

Alice was the wife of the late Francis J. Ragowski, retired BFD; beloved mother of Sandra A. Ragowski-Maccini and her husband Stephen L. of Braintree and Linda S. Lundin and her husband Roger M. of Bridgewater; loving grandmother of Derik R. Lundin (and Kerry), Auna L. Calef (and Thomas) of Bridgewater, and Stephen A. Maccini of Carver; and a dear great-grandmother of Jack, Kate, Caroline, Wesley, and Grady.

The family would like to thank the exceptional staff of Heights Crossing Compass for their loving care. Respectfully, a private family funeral will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alice’s name may be made to My Brother’s Keeper, Inc., P.O. Box 338, North Easton, MA 02356-0338.
