Vladmir Orelus, 28, of Avon, passed away tragically on December 25, 2018. Born in Boston, he was the cherished son of Marie Jacette (Meneus) Scialdone of Stoughton and the late Louis Orelus. Vladmir was hardworking and dedicated to his family. He worked as a dental assistant at Lux Dental in Quincy for many years, where he made many friends that became family. Vlad loved his family immensely and had a special gift of keeping everyone laughing. Vladmir was the beloved husband of Karshla (Vieux) Orelus; devoted father of Vance and Ivan Orelus; loving brother of Stevenson Orelus of The Bahamas, Christelle Silver (and Michael) of Stoughton, and Junior Orelus of Stoughton; loving uncle of Stephon Orelus, Sadel Orelus, Jordan Orelus, Caitlin Orelus, Jah’Liah Preval, Jacob Silver and Isaac Silver; and a dear nephew, cousin, and friend of many. All are welcome to calling hours Friday, Jan. 4th from 5-9 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, funeral service Saturday, Jan. 5th at 10 a.m. in The First Haitian Church of Brockton “The Rock”, 940 Main St., Brockton, visitation in the church beginning at 9 a.m. and burial at Central Cemetery, Randolph.
