Rosney C. Kelley, 40, of Brockton, passed away on July 15, 2018. Born in Talanga, Honduras, he was the beloved son of Rodolfina Salgado Lopez of Honduras and the late Juan Santiago Kelley. Rosney leaves his loving sisters Etlin M. Kelley and Shirley V. Kelley, brothers Everett O. Kelley, Early A. Kelley and Archer T. Kelley, and dear son Rosney T. Kelley. All are welcome to calling hours Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Burial in Honduras.
