Joseph T. Langton Jr., 67, of Brockton, lost his fight on May 10, 2017, after a long courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He leaves his wife and best friend of 39 years Janice E. (Keefe) Langton, his Mom Pearl, 5 children: Darlene of Tewksbury, Joseph Langton of Taunton, Darlene Pepera of Raynham, Michele Moore of Raynham and James Cipriano of Quincy, 7 grandchildren: Jason, Zachary, Joshua, Kevin, Kyleigh, Kaiden and Kahlia, a brother Michael Langton of Brockton, a sister Patricia Whitcher of Bridgewater, Aunt Fran, nieces and nephews, and best friend Dave Lewis; he was the son of the late Joseph Langton Sr. and brother of the late David Langton. A member of Laborers Union 560 of Waltham, he worked for Nova Construction. Joe loved family fun, fishing, riding his Harley-Davidson, bonfires and all animals. All are welcome to calling hours Saturday, May 13th 10 a.m. -1 p.m. with a 1 p.m. service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. Cremation and private burial. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or your favorite animal shelter.
