Irene J. (Ledwell) Skippar

Irene J. (Ledwell) Skippar, 68, of Brockton, died January 18, 2019. Irene had worked at Footjoy for many years and enjoyed dancing and outings with family and friends. She loved the ocean and lighthouses. Irene was the beloved mother of Sandra Broome and her husband William of Fall River and Joseph Skippar of Bridgewater; grandmother of Zachary, Tyler, Toni and Shantel; great-grandmother of Kayden; sister of John Ledwell of Mansfield; and the companion of the late George LeMar. All are welcome to a calling hour Saturday, Feb. 2 at 12 noon then 1 p.m. memorial service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton.
