Herman G. “Bill” Beckman, 89, of Brockton, died September 5, 2019. A U.S. Army veteran, he was the husband of the late Lorraine L. (Waltas) Beckman and loving father of Jonathan of Kentucky, and James and Scott, both of Brockton. A private family funeral was held.
