Felismina G. (dePina) Monteiro, 83, of Brockton, passed away Nov. 23, 2019. She was from Mosterios, Cape Verde, a daughter of the late Luiza Garcia dePina and Antonio dePina. Devoted to her family and home, she was blessed with a vibrant colorful personality. Felismina was the beloved mother of Manuel Garcia dePina, Mateus Garcia dePina Andrade, Joao Garcia dePina, Arlindo Garcia dePina, Tomas Garcia dePina, Maria dePina, Lino dePina and Lony Andrade; loving grandmother and great-grandmother of many; dear sister of Maria Luiza Andrade, Manuel Alfama, Daniel Barros and the late Domingo, Joao, Malvina, Tomas and Antonio; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday, Nov. 26th from 5 to 9 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton, her funeral Wednesday, Nov. 27th from Waitt Funeral Home at 9 a.m., funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Edith Stein Parish and burial at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
