Erna Rudnickas, 92, of Brockton since 1949, passed away peacefully October 7, 2017. She was retired from Draper Brothers in Canton and enjoyed gardening and handcrafting. Erna was the wife of the late Steven Rudnickas; beloved mother of Stephen Rudnickas and his wife Donna of Bridgewater, Michael Rudnickas and his wife Karen of Brockton, and the late Barbara Thompson; mother in law of Donald Thompson of Raynham; loving grandmother of Matthew Waldron and his wife Amy; great-grandmother of Abigail and Madeline; sister of Ursula Schmitz of Germany and the late Hilda Blyzniuk; and an aunt of Annette Wilkinson of Brockton and her family. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday 4-7 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral service Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Home and burial at Calvary Cemetery.
