Eugenia Marie (Healy) Regan, 88, of Brockton, passed away peacefully Sept. 1, 2018. Native of South Boston, a daughter of the late Thomas and Eugenia (Prescott) Healy, she graduated from high school there. Marie was devoted to her family and home and she was retired from the Stonehill College bookstore after working there for 15 years. She enjoyed the Red Sox, crossword puzzles and bingo and loved red cardinals. Marie was the wife of the late David L. Regan; beloved mother of David Regan and his wife Jan of Iowa, Jeanne M. Sullivan and her husband Joseph of South Dennis, Michael Regan and Angela of Florida and the late Patricia A. Regan; loving grandmother of Erin and Katie Regan, Kevin Sullivan (and Cathy) and Kerri Petti (and Michael), and Brian Dennis (and May) and Emily Dennis; great-grandmother of Lorelei and Liam Petti and Colin Sullivan; dear sister of Nathan “Buddy” Healy (and Rita) of Florida, Arlene Morrissey (and Jim) of Brockton, Kathleen Dever (and William) of Rockland, and the late Thomas, Francis and Kenneth Healy and Rita Collier; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main Street, Brockton, her funeral from Waitt Funeral Home Thursday at 9 a.m., funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church and burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to American Lung Association or Alzheimer’s Association.
