Denise O'Malley Obituary

Denise O’Malley, 76, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 11, 2018. She was a daughter of the late Alice and William O’Malley. In addition to raising her sons, she was a longtime educator in Brockton elementary schools. She had earned a Master’s Degree in Education and was dedicated to teaching and mentoring our inner city youth. She enjoyed watching the birds, especially swans. Denise was the beloved mother of Michael (and Debbie) of Naples, Florida, Stephen of Brockton and Brian (and Joni) of Lewiston, Maine; loving “Mamoe” of Conor, Shannon, Kevin and Caitlin; sister of Andrea (and Marcos) Munoz, John (and Linda) O’Malley, and the late Paula and William O’Malley; and was an aunt of several nieces and nephews. In honoring her wishes, private family services will be held.
