Paul A. Terrelonge

Paul Allen Terrelonge, a devoted husband and father, was born on March 14, 1961 in Boston. He was 63 years old, and the son of the late Pauline James Terrelonge and Frank Terrelonge. He trusted Christ as his Savior on February 26, 2024 and on March 15, 2024, at home in Brockton, he answered the call from the Lord to join him in Heaven.
 
Paul attended Boston Public Schools, and graduated from Madison Park High School.  He pursued post-secondary education at, and graduated from, Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology. His passion for technology led to various jobs as a computer technician then advancement to Database Administrator. Paul dedicated years of his life to serving the needs of the transportation department at Volpe National Transportation Systems Center in Cambridge; where he worked until his retirement in 2015.
 
He was humble, kind and very soft spoken. He was an avid Boston sports fan through and through, and frequently found spending the weekend cheering on the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. Even with the love of his hometown, he was also an avid traveler and enjoyed cruising or relaxing on a beach. Paul was always ready for a vacation.
 
Paul attended every family function, never missing an opportunity to see family and help celebrate the occasion; he loved taking pictures to savor the memories and share with others.  Paul enjoyed spending time with his son from a previous marriage, Paul Allen Terrelonge, Jr. (PJ), until PJ predeceased him in 2003.

On September 19, 2004, Paul joined the love of his life Dawn Lamb-Terrelonge in holy matrimony, and their union produced a son, Justin Allen Terrelonge.
 
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved son, Paul Allen Terrelonge Jr., grandparents, and many close relatives.
 
Paul leaves to cherish his wonderful memories:  his devoted wife Dawn Lamb-Terrelonge; their son, Justin Allen Terrelonge; sisters Maureen, Francine and Monique; brothers Victor and Gordon; aunts Mary Barrows (Tibbit), Lula Holland and Enid Rocha; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
 
Paul will be truly missed and fondly remembered!
 
All are welcome to his calling hours Wednesday, March 27, 6 - 8 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main Street, Brockton. The viewing will be on Thursday, March 28 beginning at 10 a.m., at Trinity Baptist Church, 1367 Main St. Brockton, followed by a celebration of life (funeral) service at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow the service at Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Avenue. Boston, MA.
