I am so sorry to hear of Walter's passing this past week. He was a true and loyal friend to me and many others. I saw Walter about a year ago at the court house. Although he was not feeling well He still had the famous " Rowley" twinkle in his eyes. May he rest in peace. I will miss him very much.
