Vytautas L. Stankus, 65, of Brockton, died April 25, 2016. Vit was a 1968 graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. He worked at Franklin Sports, Stoughton for 24 years. Vit was the son of the late Kazys and Julia Stankus; brother of Dalia Stankus James and her husband Robert of Brockton, Aldona Chew of Canton, Michigan and the late Kazys Stankus; uncle of Susan (William) Putnam, Chris (Dawn) Chew, Ryan Stankus and Katy (Kevin) Barrey; great-uncle of Abigail, Kazy John, Emerson, Alliana, Tavias and Blakely; and the best friend of Danny Emerson for 16 years. All are welcome to calling hours Friday, May 6th from 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Chapel at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Funeral service Saturday, May 7th at 10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Chapel and burial at Calvary Cemetery.
