Thomas J. Miller, 61, lifelong resident of Avon, passed away peacefully on Dec. 22, 2017. Tom was a passionate man who loved to laugh, watch old westerns, and had a love of old navy ships; he enjoyed his many trips to Cape Cod and Provincetown; and always believed there was no love sincerer than the love of food and family. Tom was the devoted husband of the late Alexis Miller, the love of his life; father of Patrice Miller and Leah Hill and her husband Rayon; grandfather of Jade, Nicholas, Olivia and Gabrielle; son of the late Thomas and Patricia Miller; brother of John, Robert, Russell and Alice Miller, Patricia Kelley and the late Timothy, James and Joseph Miller; an uncle of many; and a lifelong friend of Gregory Redd. A Celebration of Thomas’ Life will be held at the Avon VFW January 6, 2018 from 12 to 3.
