Theresa M. (Paone) Kelley

Theresa M. (Paone) Kelley, 86, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away Feb. 4, 2018 at Life Care Center in West Bridgewater. After raising her five children, she was a cashier at Stop & Shop in Stoughton and Brockton from 1989 to 2003. Theresa had been a longtime communicant of St. Margaret Church and enjoyed bowling, gardening, golfing, knitting, and was a dedicated sports fan especially of the Patriots; in recent years was an avid reader. Theresa was the wife of the late Robert E. Kelley; beloved mother of Robert Edward Kelley Jr. of Quincy, Karen Kelley Badavas and her husband John of Raynham, Lisa Howell and her husband Daniel of Scituate, Andrea Kelley and her husband Patrice Simon of Paris, France and the late Michael J. Kelley; loving grandmother of Turner and Samantha Howell, Raffaela and Elyo Simon-Kelley, and George and Chris Badavas; sister of John Paone of Plymouth, Nick Paone of Easton, and the late Marion Fortin, Rita Ritucci and George Paone; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday 4-7 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton, her funeral Thursday at 9 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home, funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church and burial at Calvary Cemetery.
