Solange (Francis) Estime, 77, of Brockton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 16, 2017. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Agroesi Francis and Verticia Pierre. Solange immigrated to the United States over 40 years ago, first settling in Florida, before making her permanent residence in Massachusetts. A talented dressmaker, her style was unparalleled. Deeply devoted to her family, she showered them with love, affection and wisdom. Her physical presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. Solange was the dear wife of Simon Estime; beloved mother of Judy Bellevue of Brockton, Erlande Philemond and her husband Fritzner of Atlanta, Georgia, Martine Estime of Brockton, Lucy Remy of Brockton, Dice Francis and his wife Kelly Alves of Brockton, and Misty Normil and her husband Venel of Atlanta, Georgia; loving grandmother of her treasured grandchildren Christopher Telemaque, Sophia Philemond, Stanley Mathieu, Hanjani Philemond, Jody Forges, Sabine Bernard, Joanna Jean Baptiste, Kahlani Francis, Andre Normil, Alexandra Remy, Judith Francis, Naylah Francis, Valjison Remy, Josiah Normil, Lamar M. Janvier, McKenly Laurore, Robinson Philemond, Gerlean Philemond , Fritz-Gerald Philemond, Johana Remy, and Jennifer S. Remy. Solange also leaves many additional adoring family and friends. All are welcome to calling hours Friday, June 23rd from 6-9 p.m. in Brockton Church of God, 80 Pleasant St., Brockton, funeral service Saturday, June 24th at 9 a.m., with visitation beginning at 8:15 a.m., in Brockton Church of God.
