Patrick Kelly, 65, of Avon, died peacefully on June 2, 2016. A native of Hyde Park and Jamaica Plain, he was the son of the late John and Mary (MacNeil) Kelly. He was a roofer by trade and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and saying “And while you’re up…”. Patrick was the father of Gina Kelly Grieshaber of Natick and Stephanie Kelly of Maine ; brother of John Kelly Jr. of Hyde Park, Michael Kelly of W. Roxbury, Stanley Kelly of Avon, James Kelly of Stoughton, Margaret Mitchell of New Mexico, Julia Kuhn of Stoughton, Gail Faria of Stoughton, Daniel Kelly of Norwood and the late Joseph MacNeil, Catherine Lee, Flora Scanlan and Bridget Kelly; an uncle of many nieces and nephews; and a great uncle of many grandnieces and grandnephews. Following cremation, all are welcome to memorial calling hours Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph MA 02368.
