Leocadia A. (Dumarocki) “Lottie” Mahoney, 88, of East Falmouth since 1979, formerly of Brockton, passed away May 10, 2017. Daughter of the late Anna (Ptak) (Bakutis) and Bronislaw “Benny” Dumarocki, she was a retired Quincy school teacher. Lottie was the organist at Our Lady of Ostrobrama Church for many years. She enjoyed international traveling, sports, her grandchildren and her large family, and playing cards with the “Tripoley Girls”, her Brockton friends. Lottie was the wife of the late Gerald G. Mahoney; beloved mother of Gerald J. Mahoney and his wife Lorena of Falmouth; loving grandmother of Gerald, Brendan, Siobhan and Fionna; dear sister of the late Edward, Walter and Fred Bakutis and Pauline Tuholski; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Monday 3-7 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral Tuesday at 10 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home, funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Edith Stein Church and burial at Calvary Cemetery.
