Happy that "Uncle Johnny" is at peace. So sorry for your loss, Maureen, Carol, Larry and family. Death may take a life but the memories you have created as a family will live forever as will his infectious smile. I am sure sharing a joke or silly story once and a while will make all of think of "Uncle Johnny" and smile as he would. Sending our love to all of you, Dennis and Marie Hamilton

May I offer my sincere condolences to the friends and family of John. I am so sorry for your lost.
I worked with John at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station for many years. He was affectionately known there as 'Hi-Yo'. I loved making him laugh, particularly when he would laugh so hard he would cry. I prided myself in that regard since few were able to do that.
Rest easy sailor, your watch is over. Thank you for your service.

My wife Mary and I are truly sorry to hear about John`s passing and extend our sincere condolences to his family
and friends also, to Gerry with whom we had the pleasure of visiting with the both of them from time to time.
Make no mistake, John was a very funny guy to be around and always put a smile to everyone's face.
John was a legend at Pilgrim Station, respected by all who he worked with while doing his job to perfection and making sure
others did like wise.

I first met John in 1970 during the construction of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, we always worked together until his retirement
from Boston Edison in 1996 and remained friends the entire time until this day.

John was not much for the high tech gadgets, he once told me about the time desk top computers were being installed a work.
His department manager was trying to make sure how John would be the very first in his department to be set up with his own computer,
how ever, every time the I.T. person would come around John would tell them to go to the next person and the department manager would check to see
how it was going and John would just B.S. himself around it.

Every time there were retirees gatherings some one would always ask me if I have heard from John and how was he doing.

John and I had many long conversations over the phone just staying in touch and perhaps discussing worldly events and such,
often with out bursts of laughter erupting.

I shall miss his laughter and smile, he was a great friend that any body could ask for.

Rest in peace John and may God bless you.

your friend, Dick McCue
