Gloria Jean (Dunner) Jacobs, 68, of Abington, formerly of Brockton and Plymouth, passed away on July 20, 2016. Born in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late Albert T. and Kathryn E. (Sickles) Dunner. Gloria was the wife of the late William J. “Jake” Jacobs; beloved mother of Tammy Jacobs of Arkansas, William Jacobs Jr. of Abington, Darlene Jacobs of Arizona, Kimberly Lee of Abington and Anthony Jacobs of Boston; loving grandmother of 14; great-grandmother of 6; sister of Sharon Clancy and her husband Donald of Quincy, John Dunner and his wife Kathleen of Plymouth, Debbie Dunner of S. Boston, Robin Wallace and her husband Mike of Plymouth, Brian Dunner of Norwell and the late Albert T. Dunner Jr.; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, all are welcome to a memorial gathering Tuesday, July 26th from 7-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Private family burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
