Francis J.  "Skip" Foulsham, 87, of Avon, MA passed away peacefully on January 22, 2016. He was the devoted husband of Dorothy A. (McCabe) for over 60 years. The father to the late Paul F. Foulsham of Claremont, FL, Susan Mulkhern of Brockton, Joan Barthe and her husband Shawn of Raynham, Brian Foulsham and his companion Margie Morse of Randolph, and Richard Foulsham of Tennessee. Grandfather to Keri Wilson of Brockton, Stephanie Piacente and her husband Michael of New York and Brooke Angelo & Eddie Eaton of Raynham, Gunnar Barthe of Freetown and Erin Foulsham of Florida. Great Grandfather to Cody, Kyle, Julian & Ryan.  Skip was born in Boston and joined the Navy out of high school. He was drafted into the Army during the Korean conflict where he served as a Paratrooper and Military Police. In addition, he had thirty years of service as a Teamster for Local #25. He was passionate about carpentry, woodworking and traveling with his wife and family. Visiting hours will be held in the Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main Street, Brockton, Thursday, January 28th from 4-7pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home Friday, Jan 29th at 8:45am for a funeral Mass at St. Michaels Church, Avon at10:00AM. Burial will be held at St. Michael’s cemetery immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Francis Foulsham’s name to the St. Jude Foundation at thestjudefoundation.com/donations.
