Our Beautiful Mother! Donaldene M. (Gibbs) Spring, 83, died on July 9th, 2017. Formerly of Brockton, Wareham Mass. & Clearwater & Largo Florida. Donna was born April 15,1934 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She was the loving wife of the late Wilfred “Bill” Spring, her soul mate & friend for 55 years. Loving Mother of Richard, Randall, Raymond, Roy Spring, Karan Thayer, the late Janice Spring. Loving Grandmother to 14, and great grandmother to 22....Donna had a strong faith in God! She was a loving, caring Mother, dear friend to everyone who know her and loved her! "Oh how she loved all her babies!" Mom always said, her precious children were her gifts from the Lord! Mom & Dad traveled all around the US & Germany, while Dad was serving in the US Army. She had a wonderful & blessed life! Donna was a talented lady! She was a great cook! Especially on her families birthdays, she would bake her famous "vinegar cake"! It was so delicious! She loved doing all kinds of arts & crafts-sewing, knitting, crochet, create beautiful pictures of seashells, bowling. Donna worked for many years teaching ceramics at the, Clearwater Florida salvation army! She was a member of North Baptist Church from Brockton, 1st Church of Nazarene of Wareham, Mass. & 1st Nazarene Church of Largo Florida, where she taught Sunday school classes & sang in the church choir! Donna was a faithful member, The super 60's in Clearwater, Fl. Mom & Dad won first prize, for a letter writing contest: What my grandparents mean to me! Written by her granddaughter! Donna enjoyed writing poetry. She wrote a beautiful poem, was published by The National Library of poetry! "God's Angel". We were so Blessed to have the Greatest Mother in all the world! We love you and will keep all our precious memories of you forever in our hearts! We all love you and will share all the many things you taught us, throughout our lives! No one will ever, take your place! Thank you Mom! Until we all see you again in heaven! You're our guardian angel! Written with love & respect to our Beautiful Mother!
