Barbara Jean (Snow) Smith, 84, of Stoughton, passed away peacefully Feb. 1, 2107. Native of Milton, she was devoted to her family and home, and she enjoyed gardening and loved her dogs. She was the wife of the late Gardiner Smith Jr.; long time companion of the late Andrew Larson; beloved mother of Linda Jope, Gardiner Smith III, Dana Smith, Robert Smith and Sandra Watson; loving grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 17; an aunt of many as she was the youngest of 12. Per Barbara’s wishes, private family services; those wishing in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
