Lisa Waitt Belcher & Gregory N. Belcher

Licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers

A unique married team of native Brocktonians who have pride in our business and hometown. Gregory is a former officer of the 4th degree Cardinal O'Connell Assembly Knights of Columbus. Also, he is an officer of the Montello Business Association.  Lisa was one of the first female Funeral Directors in the city.  Lisa and Greg worked hard to be where they are today.

Greg is President of the firm and Lisa is the Treasurer and co-owner 

Stephanie Costa-Lally

Certified Funeral Director and Licensed Embalmer

Stephanie joined the Waitt family in 2008 and brought with her a personal understanding of cultural and social diversity in funeral service. She has experience with Haitian funerals and customs, and Cape Verdean Creole culture and language. She graduated from Mt. Ida College with a Bachelor of Science in Funeral Home Management in 2008. Stephanie is married with two daughters, and is dedicated to the community in which she both lives and serves.

Tim has been with the Waitt Funeral Home family since 2011.

Melissa A. Espino

Funeral Director Apprentice

Melissa joined the Waitt Funeral Home team in November of 2020. A native of Boston, she graduated from FINE Mortuary College in June of 2022. Melissa's goal is to become a certified funeral director and embalmer with a fresh outlook on the industry. 

Odair A. Monteiro

Funeral Director Type 6

Odair A. Monteiro, a Funeral Director Type 6 is Brockton born and raised.  Odair is fluent in Cape Verdean language and culture. He is a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 2018 where he played Division I Soccer and his team won the State Championship. 

Odair earned his Associate Degree in Funeral Directing and Embalming from Bridgewater State University with the Class of 2023.  He was honored with several Awards of Excellence as follows: MFDA President's Award, Pi Sigma Certificate, John and Abigail Adams Scholarship.
